Executive Director and Founder of VETART, Steve Dilley volunteered and worked extensively on the creation, design and production of tile cladding, used on the Saddleback College Veterans Memorial. Steve worked on tile production, specifically the installation of water course and elements. Through a close mentorship with Richard White, Saddleback College Professor of Art. Research and investigations into fired in place sculptures brought about the interior lighting as the motif.  VETART instructor Thalia Isen worked extensively as the production manager on the creation,  production and design of the Saddleback College Veterans memorial.
